How many of you know someone with cancer or have they fought the disease themselves? It is almost impossible to find someone who has not touched this disease in one way or another. Unfortunately, cancer treatment these days is quite serious. Some of the most common treatments, such as chemotherapy, come with a wide range of serious side effects, which make them almost as serious as cancer. Despite saying that it is understandable to try to avoid cancer. While you probably know you should not smoke, I bet many of you did not know that the food you eat can put you at risk for cancer. Let’s take a look at the six foods that are meant to increase your risk of developing cancer.
Many people consume fish because it is considered healthy. Some fish are contaminated with heavy metals, while salmon farming is contaminated with antibiotics, pesticides, chemicals and various types of cancer. This is because their unnatural diet is being fed. About 60 percent of salmon are grown in the market. Then, when the culture fish lives in the crowd, there are 30 times more sea lice than wild salmon.
You can prepare lunch for a super easy and convenient lunch, but you may want to think about switching to something more natural. Processed meats include lunch meat, hot dogs and even bacon. These meats contain many preservatives and are often contaminated with a known carcinogen, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons during production.
It seems that canned foods are dangerous like other foods. Most canned foods contain an inner layer in which there is bisphenol-A, also known as BPA. These BPAs have been shown to increase the risk of developing many types of cancer, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, etc.
There was great fear at a given time because people believed that the smoke from liver microbes and popcorn causes lung cancer. Since then, it has been rejected, but those fumes can make the lung disease known as diacetyl. However, the coating inside the bag breaks down into a substance called perfalurctanoic acid, which has been shown to increase the risk of cancer.
5-Grilled Red Meat
There is nothing like the fresh and hot grilled steak, but did you know that when the meat is cooked at high temperatures, such as on the grill, there is a yield called amine aromatic heteroxide. These are known cancers that can increase your risk of developing many types of cancer. Unfortunately, according to the National Cancer Center, there are no official guidelines for health-related meat prepared in this way.
Many people choose a diet drink to save calories, but when drinking beverages with full calories, what is really good? (If necessary, then it is best to keep this type of drinks completely). Artificial sweeteners have been found, such as asparam, sucralose and the cause of saccharin cancer.
Potato Chips are one of the favorite snacks in the United States, but they can also be caused by cancer. When foods with starch, such as potatoes, are fried at very high temperatures, a cancerous called acrylamide is produced. Acrylamide is known as a cancer-causing agent and can be found even in tobacco smoke.
There are two main problems with the refined sugar that you get today in most of our sweets. First, eating sophisticated sugar increases the chances of obesity. Obesity itself carries many health problems and has been shown to increase the risk of developing many types of cancer, including breast, prostate, uterine, pancreatic, etc. In addition, cancer cells have a sweet tooth, which means they prefer the festival of refined sugars we eat.
It is not surprising that fruits are thrown with pesticides, but organic fruits are sprayed with safe and natural insecticides. They are for chemical pesticides because they are related to cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD and birth defects. Pesticides are formed in your body and affect nerves, reproduction and the endocrine system.
10-Refined white flour
That unfortunately are found in many processed foods. The processed mass actually contains a large amount of blood glucose, which is found to fuel the development of cancer cells.
Since vegetable oils are chemically removed from their source and then deodorized to be hydrogenated, so you should avoid them.
Many researchers have said that cancer tastes sweet and feeds sweet foods that are high in fat, such as corn syrup. Fortunately, the producers are listening and now many sandwiches, grains and juices are made without the high-yield corn syrup.
Canned tomato is a chemical known as BPA. In 2010, the FDA identified “potential dangers to the fetus, infants and young children.” However, they have not yet been banned.
